The course gives you a deeper understanding of sport science and coaching as well as relevant experience through work placements and/or internships at sports organisations, schools and within a coaching environment, preparing you for a successful career.
Linking closely to your previous studies and work experience, it provides seamless progression to university-level study with the added benefit of a targeted initial induction and a week-long summer school to help support your academic development.
This course is for applicants with a related Foundation Degree or Higher Education qualification wishing to top up to the full BA/BSc degree.
The 20 hours is total hours. It is not per job. If you hold multiple part-time jobs then the total hours of all the work you are doing added together.
English language requirements
The University accepts the following qualification as satisfying the English Language requirements for entry to a Bachelor or Master's degree.
UKVI Academic IELTS overall score of 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each element
