The course is designed to give you a significant head-start in your career; the Institute of Hospitality accredits it, and you'll enjoy placements and guest lectures held with industry leaders across the capital.
Our comprehensive foundation course is perfect if you want a degree in hospitality management but don't have the standard entry requirements. We prepare you for your degree during the foundation year, bringing you up to speed with academic skills and a firm grounding in the subject. You can then go on to study for a full undergraduate degree.

We also welcome applications from students taking Level 3 or higher qualifications not on the UCAS tariff calculator and will assess the suitability on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to one of the above, you should have the following:
GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English
GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking (or recognised equivalent).
