Our Creative and Cultural Industries Management Masters focuses on innovation and leadership in the creative and culture industries - you'll be able to spot new opportunities and understand how to develop these into sustainable practice. MA Creative and Cultural Industries Management course offers a practical and vocational approach to working within the rapidly developing creative economy. Enhanced program flexibility enables you to select a culture sector specialism to suit your interests, which you will take alongside core cultural and creative industries management modules. This one-year Masters course will allow graduates from any undergraduate subject to change direction and develop a career focusing on cultural leadership, enterprise, and entrepreneurship. The Master's course is enhanced by strong partnerships and links with leading creative and cultural organizations and practices in the North East of England and beyond - many of which are now employing our previous graduates. An eight-week placement in a creative or heritage organization of your choice can also enhance your degree of specialism and employability, whilst providing an opportunity to experience real-time working in a cultural organization.
A minimum of a 2:2 honors degree. Applicants with appropriate work experience and/or a relevant professional qualification will be considered.
International applicants are required to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent*).
