Course Overview

Our foundation year is perfect if you want to study for a degree in biochemistry and biotechnology but you dont have the standard qualifications if youre not sure if this is the right degree for you or youre coming from an extended break in education. Our foundation year modules will bring you up to speed with the needed academic skills and give you a firm grounding in the subject. After which you can stay on your chosen BSc or change to one of our other eligible BSc degrees. Biotechnology and Biochemistry is one of the fastest-growing and most fascinating areas of human knowledge. Youll be taught by - and also get the chance to assist - brilliant scientists who are involved in groundbreaking research and new discoveries.

Including passes at A2 in at least 2 subjects. Must include Grade B in A-Level Biology or Chemistry

• Overall Academic IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; minimum 5.5 in Reading and Listening (or recognized equivalent).
