The MSc Development Studies course is interdisciplinary and innovative. It provides a thorough grounding in the development field, and its emphasis on research enables students to specialize in their particular areas of interest. The MSc Development Studies is led by Professor Gaim Kibreab and taught by excellent research-active lecturers who specialize in social and economic development, as forced migration. A minimum of a 2:2 first degree/Bachelor's degree equivalent to UK Second Class Honours Lower Division in a relevant subject area. Relevant professional experience will also be considered. Applicants will be assessed on the personal statement as well as the entry qualifications.
English language qualifications for international students: IELTS score of 6.5, Cambridge Proficiency, or Advanced Grade C.
