Course Overview

Our E-Business (Information Systems) MSc will build on your existing computing-related studies. It combines business strategies, leading technology, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. This course addresses the full customer relationship cycle, which includes marketing, sales, and service. Customers are at the core of all winning corporate strategies. An e-commerce business markets products based on the tracking of consumer activities on the Internet. Enterprise systems and service personnel must be able to fulfill the requirements of clients once sales materialize. They must also be able to solve or escalate any concern at any point of the interaction. This relies on fully integrated systems, strong cross-functional working, and a customer-centric culture.

General Eligibility

A 2:1 honors degree, or international equivalent. Your degree needs to be in a discipline with substantial computing content, eg: computing science computing engineering software engineering
