The first three years of this degree follow the same programme as our Offshore Engineering BEng Honours degree. It focuses on the design and operation of fixed and floating structures that service the offshore energy industry. You'll gain knowledge of key engineering skills that offshore engineers apply to industry-specific problems and use to design the latest technologies for application in shallow and deep-water ocean environments. Youll learn from research-active professors from across the globe, bringing their cutting-edge ideas into the classroom. You'll also benefit from using our specialist facilities.

Applicants whose first language is not English require a minimum score of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent with no less than 5.5 in each of the four elements of the test.
