The Foundation Year in Film and Media provides an introduction to film, TV production and studies, and media. Through engaging with film making, current affairs and mass communication, you will begin to develop critical thinking, communication and problem solving skills that are essential for further study and future employment. The foundation year will equip you with a desirable range of skills, which are later developed upon in our level four courses. The course will advance your ability to articulate your ideas in a variety of audio-visual and written formats.
