BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management is designed to develop your capabilities to work at a strategic level around attracting, developing, and engaging the right people. This course develops the key skills you need to understand and apply management research evidence and theory. Its key focus is on leading and managing organizations human resources ethically, responsibly, and sustainably.
