This exciting MSc will provide you with a critical understanding of the key concepts, principles, and theories in the core areas of Sport and Exercise Sciences. Sport and Exercise Sciences is a discipline that has its roots in biomechanics, psychology, physiology, and nutrition. This field has developed a great deal over the past century and contributes greatly to our understanding of societal issues, health and disease, and supporting elite performance.
