Course Overview

Youll focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application €“ which youll explore through a Dissertation and Supporting Research Methods workshops. Our Masters Stage Award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) €“ or youve demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Masters stage. Whether youve worked in HRM/HRD for years or youve recently moved into HRM/HRD €“ and youd like to progress into more senior management positions €“ this course provides techniques and academic theory to underpin your work.

General Eligibility

To study MSc Masters Stage you will need: A pass in a relevant Post Graduate Diploma HR/M/D, or Possess CIPD PDS/PQS or PAC award

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • EU and international students need IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other component) or equivalent.
