Course Overview

Be creative and innovative in addressing challenges from industrial controls in the era of the Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. Youll study both theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and methods in control engineering, instrumentation and electronics. Youll also develop ability to synthesise information from a variety of sources and make effective decisions on complex instrumentation and control engineering problems. Instrumentation and control engineers are highly sought after in a range of industries including oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemical engineering, manufacturing, research, transport and infrastructure.
