Course Overview

You will learn about key concepts such as managing people, operations, marketing, and finance; and learn what businesses need to do to operate effectively and ethically in a culturally diverse environment. In readiness for your future career, you will acquire key attributes employers value, such as commercial acumen, self-reflection, and emotional intelligence, and gain skills in research and project management. You will finish the course confident in your personal values, with the knowledge and experience to solve business problems ethically, and an ongoing passion for personal and professional development. This degree includes an option for a semester-long work placement during year two, to give you first-hand experience to develop your career and apply what youve learned.

General Eligibility

1. passes in two distinct subjects at GCE Advanced Level; 2. a pass in one subject at GCE Advanced Level plus (a) passes in two distinct subjects at GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level, or (b) a Vocational A-Level Single Award, or (c) two Vocational A-Level part Awards; 3. Vocational A-Level Double Award; or 4. a Vocational A-Level Single Award plus (a) two Vocational A-Level part Awards, or (b) passes in two distinct subjects at GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level; or 5. a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma; or 6. a Scottish Certificate of Education with (a) passes in five subjects, including at least three at a Higher grade, or (b) passes in four subjects all at a Higher grade or New Higher grade; or 7. full Diploma of the International Baccalaureate; or 8. an Irish Leaving Certificate with passes in four subjects at Grade C at the Higher level.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
