Our graduates have become Catchment Scientists, Ecologists, Geographical Data Processors, Surveyors, Housing Officers, Meteorologists, Journalists, Government Advisors, and Lecturers. A flexibly structured degree path can be customized with a mixture of human and physical geography modules. Students will have the opportunity to study abroad for a year or work in the industry for a year, either locally, nationally, or overseas. At Swansea, we place a strong emphasis on fieldwork. Our field-courses take students to areas of outstanding natural beauty such as the Gower Peninsula, and to locations across the world such as Borneo, The Indian Himalayas, and Mallorca.
