Course Overview

We work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it €“ and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships, or placements. This course is ideal if you want to pursue a career as a chartered quantity surveyor. Its accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the professional body for surveying. When you graduate, you can begin the process that leads to professional membership of RICS. The technical and transferable skills you learn on this course are in strong demand, opening up a wide range of opportunities within the UK and internationally. You will be well-equipped to aim for top managerial posts.

General Eligibility

UK 5 GCSE passes at grade 3 or above (for GCSE's taken prior to 2017 a grade E will be accepted) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study. 19 points for International Baccalaureate. (EU & International nationals ONLY): 40. UCAS Tariff points at A/AS level. For A levels taken prior to 2017, the requirement is 100 tariff points. 22 points for International Baccalaureate.
