Our BA (Hons) Photography degree will help you prepare for work in the photographic, creative, and media industries, or for self-employment as a photographer or artist. We work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it €“ and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships, or placements. You can choose to take up formal or informal work placements that will help you establish your own professional network, including opportunities such as working for magazines, galleries, and photographers. Our campus employment bureau can also help you find photographic jobs that fit your studies.
UK 5 GCSE passes at grade 3 or above (for GCSE's taken prior to 2017 a grade E will be accepted) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study. 19 points for International Baccalaureate. (EU & International nationals ONLY): 40. UCAS Tariff points at A/AS level. For A levels taken prior to 2017, the requirement is 100 tariff points. 22 points for International Baccalaureate.
The English requirement for all ARU College courses is an IELTS overall score of 5.5 (with at least 5.5 in each of the four components).
