Developing students with specialised knowledge and practice in civil infrastructure, the Postgraduate Certificate in Civil Engineering (PGCertCivilEng) is an ideal qualification for those wanting an advanced background in designing and managing civil engineering projects.

The PGCertCivilEng can be awarded unendorsed, or endorsed in:

General Eligibility

Those that have completed a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours or a Bachelor of Science with Honours in a relevant subject may be admitted to the programme with approval.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

  • The IELTS score for international applicants is 6.5 (with no less than 6.0 in each component).
