They help us review what we teach and how we teach it €“ and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships, or placements. Helping to protect our planets habitats and wildlife is fascinating and rewarding work. When you graduate, youll have built a deep understanding of issues relating to marine biology, backed up by your own practical experiences on a variety of field trips. Youll have the specialist skills you need to work in your chosen area of marine biology, ecology, or conservation. You could apply for work in the UK or internationally, for employers such as governments, environment agencies, education institutions, and research establishments.
UK 5 GCSE passes at grade 3 or above (for GCSE's taken prior to 2017 a grade E will be accepted) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study. 19 points for International Baccalaureate. (EU & International nationals ONLY): 40. UCAS Tariff points at A/AS level. For A levels taken prior to 2017, the requirement is 100 tariff points. 22 points for International Baccalaureate.
The English requirement for all ARU College courses is an IELTS overall score of 5.5 (with at least 5.5 in each of the four components).
