Skilled building surveying graduates are in demand, especially when they have experience in a variety of construction environments. When you graduate, youll have a wide choice of interesting careers, advising your clients on the potential and future use of their buildings. A surveyors work is very varied; in the morning, you could be doing an inspection or supervising construction work on-site. In the afternoon, you could be writing reports in the office or advising clients on business tenancies. We work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it €“ and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships, or placements.
UK 5 GCSE passes at grade 3 or above (for GCSE's taken prior to 2017 a grade E will be accepted) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study. 19 points for International Baccalaureate. (EU & International nationals ONLY): 40. UCAS Tariff points at A/AS level. For A levels taken prior to 2017, the requirement is 100 tariff points. 22 points for International Baccalaureate.
The English requirement for all ARU College courses is an IELTS overall score of 5.5 (with at least 5.5 in each of the four components).
