This course provides an excellent pathway for a career as an economist in financial institutions and banking, business management, consulting, commerce, the public sector, and voluntary organizations. Economists are in high demand in both the private and public sectors. They can be skilled managers, researchers, analysts, and strategists. Graduates may also progress on to postgraduate study. Some of our graduates have gone on to work for Nomura, IAG Cargo, Macquarie, HSBC, Barclays, Wells Fargo, and Metro Bank.
