This degree offers a set of key and transferable skills, both technical and research-oriented, that lend themselves to a variety of employment options in the creative industries and beyond. Career paths open to graduates in this program include work in film, television, and radio, recording, production, sound design, soundtrack creation, software design, songwriting and performance, as well as original audio and audiovisual composition, studio work, and teaching at all levels of education. Youll develop a wide range of skills in presentation, writing, project management and critical thinking that can be transferred to many other professions: our graduates also work, for instance, as solicitors, journalists, civil servants and in business. You may also choose to pursue postgraduate study at Masters or doctoral level.
