This work-based degree program is open to students who have successfully completed a Foundation Degree or equivalent in health and social care and are already working in a related area for a minimum of six hours per week. It aims to develop your existing knowledge and skills in order to increase your understanding in a range of important areas such as safeguarding, leadership and management, and working in a team. You will be encouraged to explore in-depth key interests relating to your individual practice experience.
Applicants must have 120 credits at Level 5 in a field related to health and social care for a minimum of six hours per week (in either a paid or voluntary capacity).
