Course Overview

Graduates can pursue careers in writing and journalism, publishing, editing, or research. This degree may also be useful in becoming an editorial assistant, newspaper/magazine journalist, writer, academic librarian, or public relations officer.

General Eligibility

We welcome applicants without traditional entry qualifications as we base decisions on our own assessment of qualifications, knowledge, and previous work experience. We may waive formal entry requirements based on the judgment of academic potential. As part of the application process, you may be invited to complete a written task or attend an interview.

Language Requirement

• If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English, the requirement for this course is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 7.0, and at least 6.5 in writing.
