This course is offered as a four-year program, including an initial Foundation Year. The Foundation Year will allow you to develop your academic study skills and build confidence in your abilities, identifying your own strengths and development needs for progression onto an undergraduate degree. You will learn to apply creative problem-solving to create targeted and innovative communications and solutions to a diversity of briefs. You will gain a better understanding of people and gain insights into how they think, behave and act. We all have thoughts but not all are ideas. Creative Advertising will help you develop your thoughts into ideas and then into concepts, which can then be turned into campaigns or content. It will enable you to identify issues and problems and equip you to solve them.
Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for our three-year programs, or those who do not feel fully prepared for first-year entry, can be considered for the four-year program including a foundation year. Applicants to these will have typically achieved between 32-56 UCAS tariff points.
