... Loughborough College

Course Overview

The course is a mixture of theory and practical work. You will learn about health & safety and regulations in the workplace, an extensive range of practical skills, and subject knowledge across biology, chemistry, and physics, as well as have the opportunity to discuss and research the broader impacts of science on the world and our community.

The BTEC has a flexible, unit-based structure, and knowledge is applied in project-based assessments and exams. You will develop the practical, interpersonal, and thinking skills required to succeed in employment and higher education.
