This program equips you with not only the knowledge and understanding of contemporary best practices in strategic HR management but develops the personal skills required to prepare you for your first roles in management. Our degree will help you gain an understanding of contemporary HR theory and practice, but also recognize the key issues which impact organizations. This will allow you to build up a full picture of the business needs which will prove invaluable when you graduate. It is aimed at those who wish to develop a strong understanding of the nature of business and HR management in a world of volatility, uncertainty, change, and ambiguity. A key feature of the program is to blend both academic study and skills development in order to enhance the employability of our graduates. You will gain opportunities to develop key skills, such as empathy, problem-solving, and creativity, which will ensure you are well placed to enter the employment market. Academics who teach on the program have a wide range of experience in the HR sector and ongoing links with the industry. With smaller, more intimate class sizes, we give our students one-to-one teaching and support.
