Course Overview

This course is offered as a four-year program, including an initial Foundation Year. The Foundation Year will allow you to develop your academic study skills and build confidence in your abilities, identifying your own strengths and development needs for progression onto an undergraduate degree.BA (Hons) Business Economics program is designed for those who want to combine economics with a focus on how business leaders today make decisions. Youll also explore the key areas of economics to understand and put into a business context its role within the business, the UK, and the wider global economy. In this course, youll learn how to apply economic theories and data handling skills to analyze real-world economic and business problems. General Eligibility

Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for our three-year programs, or those who do not feel fully prepared for first-year entry, can be considered for the four-year program including a foundation year. Applicants to these will have typically achieved between 32-56 UCAS tariff points.
