Course Overview

The events industry dominates the media, delivers objectives, and creates positive impacts. It fills transport systems, hotels, and venues.

By studying BSc (Hons) Business and Events Management at ARU London, you’ll come to understand the theories behind business and events management. But you’ll also be equipped with practical experience.

Our degree course is designed to prepare you to work in the business and events sector, and blends the study of core business skills and management concepts with a live project.

The events industry has come far in terms of its enormous breadth, global competitiveness, expertise, and an indication of how critical it is as part of the UK Government’s strategy to kick-start the economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be an unparalleled opportunity to use both business and leisure events to showcase the country’s abilities and resources – and it will drive demand for specialist graduates.

General Eligibility

  • 96 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent).

  • 3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English and Maths.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • The IELTS score for international applicants to Joint Honours is 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
