Public health has a central role in influencing health policy, protecting the public, and improving population health. As COVID-19 has highlighted, public health filters through all aspects of our lives, and the world needs more highly trained and skilled people working directly and indirectly in public health roles who can lead the charge towards a healthier and fairer society.
