Course Overview

Our programme develops your specific competences and research skills required in Roman Archaeology at an advanced level through extensive engagement with primary evidence. You will also acquire advanced competence in core academic, personal and key skills, to provide a solid basis for career progression in the academic world of doctoral research or for a specialist career.

General Eligibility

2:1 Honours degree in Archaeology or a related subject.

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS Overall score 6.5. No less than 6.0 in any section. TOEFL Overall score 90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
