This programme provides you with the academic and practical skills necessary to develop and reflect on high-level human resource management skills and competencies which will be applicable across a wide range of situations, sectors and organisations.
You will learn the principles and skills involved in managing people and the employment relationship. You will also be equipped to conduct advanced research into a variety of human capital development issues while focusing on the interrelationship of human resource management and organisational performance, both nationally and internationally.
After successful completion of this programme, students are welcome to continue to studying with us onto our Doctor of Business Administration programme.
Normally, the possession of a minimum of a 2:2 UK first degree or an equivalent international qualification recognised by UK ENIC or work experience of five years at a senior managerial level in lieu of first degree.
20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
The IELTS score for international applicants is 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
