Course Overview

On successful completion of this course, you'll be able to demonstrate self-direction and originality in tackling and solving problems. You'll also be confident in planning and implementing your projects. In addition, your greater understanding of international business law will support you in demonstrating the strategic planning and thinking skills needed in today's global economy. It will make you an asset in globally operating corporations.

General Eligibility

You should have at least a lower second class honours degree (2:2) in law or another relevant subject (or a comparable qualification from a UK or overseas institution)

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

  • If English isn’t your first language, you’ll also need IELTS 7.0 with normally no less than 6.5 in any band (or equivalent). We also accept a range of other English language qualifications.
