Course Overview

Our MSc Corporate Governance and Ethics course looks at complex and changing relationships between corporations, stakeholders and the societies in which they operate. Graduates from this course will have the knowledge and the skills to understand the importance of ethical business behaviours as well as the current policy trends and developments in corporate compliance affecting director and managerial decisions.

General Eligibility

Students should possess a UK bachelor's degree in any subject at 2:2 or above or equivalent qualifications.
