We focus on giving you an in-depth knowledge not only of the language but also the factors that are shaping France and the wider Francophone world today. This contemporary, all-encompassing approach means youll graduate with a true grasp of Frances place in the world and a deep understanding of the languages ongoing evolution and reach. Youll be qualified to apply this knowledge in a host of professional arenas €“ with former French graduates from Stirling having gone on to work in areas as diverse as journalism, teaching, law, and translation. General Eligibility

A minimum of four passes at SQA Higher Grade or three A-levels or equivalent*. An acceptable pass in entry subjects in the IB Diploma, HNC/D, BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma or equivalent. An approved pass in a recognized Access Course or equivalent.
