If you already hold a postgraduate diploma in human resource management, this course will allow you to top up your studies to the master’s level.
As part of this course, you’ll:
Complete an applied research project
Further your knowledge and understanding of people management, managerial and business practices
Critically evaluate and apply theory and techniques to a complex business issue in this field
Gain a strategic perspective on people management practice in an organisational context
Practise making ethical and informed quantitative and qualitative professional judgements
Further develop creativity and transferable skills in an organisational and/or professional setting with awareness of inclusivity, sensitivity to equality, diversity, and culture
All applicants should meet our standard entry requirements of GCSE grade C in English language and, where specified, Maths. Alternative qualifications such as functional skills are accepted in lieu of GCSEs for most courses.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
