This programme is particularly suited to those who wish to pursue a career in public service, the private sector, the voluntary sector, or any other arena where success is built upon higher-level skills and advanced knowledge of criminal justice, criminology and criminal law issues.
Recent graduates have gone on to work in the UK and overseas in law firms, charities, higher education and beyond. Many also have gone on to do a PhD and work in academia. Other alumni hold senior positions in criminal justice organisations including police and probation services, the prison service, and youth justice services, as well as in the private and voluntary sector, both in the UK and abroad. Some graduates have been awarded promotions following the successful completion of the programme.
A bachelor's degree with a 2:1 (hons) in law, criminal justice, criminology or a related discipline.
20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 6.5 overall, with no less than 6.0 in any components.
